Thank you for adding my contact information. It's a great way for us to keep in touch.

Friendly, fearless, and creative.

As general counsel to a locally owned and operated construction firm, Ryan has been called managing outside counsel in all active cases, ranging from small claims to federal district court actions. He’s always monitoring and, when needed, updating the company's tax registrations, annual reports, and contractor licenses.

In his practice, Ryan regularly negotiates and drafts contracts with vendors, subcontractors, outside sales representatives, and consultants. He also resolves disputes with homeowners, regulators, and insurance companies. Ryan especially enjoys strategizing with clients over new potential ventures.

As a lifelong Timberwolves fan, Ryan knows a little something about loyalty, determination, and getting through difficult times. His clients have seen all of these on display, and just like the club of recent years, they’ve seen success too. When Ryan is on your team, you can expect a fearless and creative advocate for your business or cause. When you tell him what your business needs and how you want to get it, he’s not afraid to tell you “no…” but he’ll always tell you how he thinks you get to “yes.” If ‘Wolves fandom has taught him anything, it’s never to give up hope.

When he’s not in the office, in court, or watching his beloved Timberwolves from his seat in section 106, Ryan loves to see concerts at First Ave., the Palace Theater, the Turf Club, or one of the many incredible venues throughout the Twin Cities.  But no game or band can measure up to shooting hoops, reading stories, taking hikes, and watching movies with his two young sons.
