Elizabeth R. Cox is an Associate at Best & Flanagan and member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. Elizabeth focuses her practice on construction and business litigation, as well as representing clients in contract disputes.

Josh practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration. He works closely with his clients as a trusted advisor to accomplish their estate planning goals and objectives, as well as to administer estates and trusts efficiently and effectively. Josh has experience working with clients and families at a large national trust company where he settled multi-million-dollar, complex estates, and trusts across the country.

Barbara Kristiansson practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and estate administration. Her practical approach to estate planning blends her clients’ desires for passing on a legacy with the necessary tax planning, while helping to ensure that the estate plan lends itself to an efficient administration. Barbara strives to meet her clients’ needs in all stages of their lives, including pre-marital agreements, estate planning, tax planning, and estate settlement, as well as planning for the needs of young children and grandchildren.

David Krco has a broad practice assisting a diverse range of clients in complex litigation matters and in finding solutions to avoid litigation.  David’s practice focuses on real estate, real estate development, construction, land use, leasing, insurance, and title matters.  His clients include individuals, real estate developers, builders, lenders, investors, insurers and their insureds, title companies, and businesses of all sizes.
