Best & Flanagan has over 50 years of experience representing municipal and government clients.  We represent cities, housing authorities, school districts, the Metropolitan Council and other governmental bodies in a wide variety of legal matters.  We work closely with government staff to negotiate contracts, develop and implement policies, draft city ordinances, execute land development projects and real estate transactions and review license and permit applications.
