Best & Flanagan is excited to announce that Ryan Malone has joined the firm as a partner in our Commercial Litigation and Construction Law practice groups.

In his practice, Ryan regularly negotiates and drafts contracts with vendors, subcontractors, outside sales representatives, and consultants. He also resolves disputes with homeowners, regulators, and insurance companies. Ryan especially enjoys strategizing with clients over new potential ventures.

Ryan brings a unique blend of hands-on litigation and transactional experience to the firm and its clients. Prior to joining Best & Flanagan, Ryan served as general counsel to a construction management company in the Twin Cities, after litigating for years in private practice. He is a graduate of William & Mary Law School and Boston College.
