Libby Davydov helps businesses, nonprofit organizations and individuals manage their business needs. As outside general counsel, Libby provides advice to clients related to entity structure and governance, contract negotiation, and tax and regulatory compliance. Libby also has deep commercial transaction and M&A experience, acting as deal counsel to both buyers and sellers across a variety of industries and transaction sizes.

David Joyslin provides customized estate planning solutions to families, executives and, business owners including business transition planning, estate and trust administration, and fiduciary litigation. David is an active member of the community, and is especially committed to his role as Children’s Legacy Advisor and member of the Children's Council for Children’s Minnesota.
