Elaine is an associate in the Business & Corporate Law, Private Wealth Planning and Real Estate practice groups. She focuses on the intersections of these areas and their deeply intertwined issues.
In her diverse experience, Elaine has clerked in civil and criminal court, exposing her to litigation issues that arise across her specified practice areas; practiced in secured transactions representing a number of banks assisting small businesses; and worked on corporate governance and reorganization, buy-sell agreements, intercompany administrative agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and a number of other related issues that arise in closely-held businesses. Elaine works with her clients to consider the long-term effects of each business and individual decision, including how to prepare their future estate.
Elaine has worked on a number of deals for closely-held businesses ranging from small and simple to larger, more complex business dealings. With a thorough understanding of each of her practice areas, Elaine is uniquely able to approach businesses and individuals in all matters, allowing for expedited, thought-provoking services and creative solutions.
