Amy Conners to Speak at Compliance Intensive for In-House Counsel and Compliance Stakeholders
Minnesota CLE is hosting a new series of half-day seminars focused on compliance issues, ethical insights, and the lawyer’s role in compliance.
Amy Conners, along with Greene Espel’s Karl Procaccini, will host a session titled “The Question of Self-Reporting: When & Why to Self-Report, and How That Should Inform Your Compliance Program Itself.” The segment will evaluate the question of when a company might self-report to the government based on internally identified non-compliance, and will discuss the considerations and regulatory enforcement perspectives of voluntary disclosure.
Amy is an experienced litigator from pre-suit counseling to trial. She has advised clients regarding compliance in FCC, DOJ, SEC, and international and state regulatory investigations, and provided guidance on professional licensing regulations, “know-your-customer” policies, FCPA compliance, anti-money laundering policies, warranties, advertising, marketing and promotional materials.
Join Amy in-person on Monday, September 17, 2018, or watch the video replay on Friday, October 12. For more course information, visit www.minncle.org.
