Best & Flanagan is excited to announce the addition of two attorneys, Karolina M. Hoerl and Kyle R. Hardwick.
Karolina Hoerl focuses her family law practice on prenuptial agreements; marital dissolutions; custody, support and parenting time issues; spousal maintenance; orders for protection; and step-parent adoptions. She works closely with our Private Wealth Planning practice group on fiduciary litigation and estate planning matters that intersect with family law.

He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating construction, design, supply chain and procurement contracts, and has successfully handled numerous arbitrations and mediations. Kyle also has litigated construction, real estate, and complex commercial cases in state and federal courts.
