Best & Flanagan is excited to announce that Justin Short has been selected to the 2025 edition of “THE POWER LIST: Construction & Real Estate Law 2025,” published in the March 24 issue of Minnesota Lawyer.

Justin is a partner in the firm’s Construction, Real Estate and Litigation practice groups. He specializes in infrastructure, highway and bridge, renewable energy and vertical construction projects. His practice extends throughout the upper Midwest and over to Colorado. He works primarily with prime contractors and subcontractors on projects for state and federal governments and the Army Corps of Engineers.
