David Krco to Speak at 2025 Construction Summit

On Thursday, January 23, David Krco will be speaking at the 17th Annual Construction Summit hosted by the Minnesota Real Estate Journal.

In his session “Strategies for Managing and Resolving Disputes”, David and other panelists will discuss different communication and documentation strategies, early risk identification, and recent court decisions and their implications on construction dispute management.

David’s practice focuses on real estate, construction, land use, and title matters, serving a diverse array of clients consisting of individuals to real estate developers and investors. He is a skilled problem solver and an adept litigator with extensive experience as lead counsel in all phases of litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
