Best & Flanagan is pleased to announce Alex Farrell’s appointment to the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association’s (MIPLA) Board of Directors as part of their Education Committee. The Education Committee promotes, organizes, and executes the events, resources, and other activities provided by MIPLA covering all aspects of intellectual property law and practice.

Alex is a registered patent attorney, and has helped clients from tech startups to established multinational corporations maximize and protect their intellectual property.  He brings in-depth, specialized knowledge in a variety of disciplines when litigating intellectual property disputes.

MIPLA cultivates professional associations amongst its members by providing professional development and networking opportunities, and overall strives to maintain the honor and dignity of the practice of intellectual property law within the state of Minnesota.
