Minnesota CLE will be hosting the 2024 Real Estate Institute on October 24 and 25 at the St. Paul RiverCentre. This program will feature updates on all new developments, and dozens of sessions covering nearly every aspect of real estate practice.
On October 24th, Brad Beisel will be participating in the discussion, “Boundary Disputes – Legal and Practical Solutions,” with Charles “Huck” Andresen (Hanft Fride) and David J. Meyer (Rinke Noonan) as a moderator.
For over 40 years Brad has focused his practice on the representation of title insurance companies, and their corporate and individual insureds in litigation at the trial and appellate levels. In addition to boundary and access disputes, he has extensive expertise in mechanic’s lien litigation, contested and uncontested title clearance issues, and title insurance coverage disputes. Brad has handled many appeals including several reported cases that have been instrumental in the development of several areas of real estate law in Minnesota.
