The SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce will host its 2024 Business Breakfast Forum on Thursday, September 26, where Megan Kunze will be presenting on recent policy changes and laws that will affect local business owners in the area. The event will also cover the area’s demographic changes with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, and Caver County’s Community Development Agency will discuss the current state of housing in the southwest metro.
Megan is a member of the firm’s Employment Law team. She represents clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal court and has significant experience in disputes involving non-competition and non-solicitation, trade secrets theft and unfair competition. Megan also provides counseling to clients on workplace issues including hiring, termination, protecting confidential information and compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws. She assists clients with drafting internal policies and employment agreements, including non-compete, and confidentiality agreements. For her extensive practice, she has been included in the Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Stars list and named “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America.
