Bill Asp recently presented “How to Handle Creditor Claims” as part of Minnesota CLE’s Probate A to Z Webcast Series. This seminar explored what constitutes a "claim" in Minnesota, giving proper notice of probate to potential creditors, the payment of legitimate claims, and how to handle insolvent estates. Bill also touched upon how to protect estates from claims that are barred or improperly submitted.
