On Friday, January 26, David Krco will be speaking at the 16th Annual Construction Summit hosted by the Minnesota Real Estate Journal. This event will provide an industry assessment of emerging trends within commercial construction, explore the subcontractor’s perspective on supply chains and workforce challenges, and celebrate and help foster women and diversity in construction. 

David and other panelists will be speaking in the “Avoiding Disputes, Winning Disputes & Construction Finance” session, where they will discuss prevention strategies and how to resolve disputes as they occur, and recent court decisions that may impact resolution. The panel will also cover negotiation techniques, mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method, and other emerging trends and best practices.
