This event will provide an industry assessment of opportunities in today’s commercial construction marketplace, explore the subcontractor’s perspective on the value of transparency and collaborative partnerships, and celebrate women and diversity in construction.

In the session “Avoiding Disputes, Winning Disputes & Construction Finance,” David and other panelists will discuss the types of common disputes and issues presently seen in the industry, and strategies for avoiding, mitigating the risk of, and resolving disputes as they occur. The panel will also cover current construction financing issues, and address related concerns potentially expected in the near future.
