Best & Flanagan is pleased to announce the addition of three attorneys, Bradley N. Beisel, David J. Krco, and Kylie R. Schaffran, to our growing real estate practice group.
Brad Beisel is Of Counsel for real estate and real estate litigation matters. He has focused his practice on the representation of title insurance companies, and their corporate and individual insureds in contested and uncontested litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Brad has handled many appeals court cases including several reported cases that have been instrumental in the development of several areas of real estate law in Minnesota. He enjoys representing clients in all parts of Minnesota.
David Krco joins Best & Flanagan as a Partner. David’s practice focuses on real estate, real estate development, construction, land use, leasing, insurance, and title matters. His clients include individuals, real estate developers, builders, lenders, investors, insurers and their insureds, title companies, and businesses of all sizes. David has extensive experience handling litigation and resolving disputes on wide ranging issues from boundary and easement disputes, to lakeshore matters, to multimillion dollar real estate development and construction disputes, to frauds and lease disputes, to mechanic’s liens, Native American land issues, and just about everything else in between.
Prior to joining Best & Flanagan, Brad and David were partners at Beisel & Dunlevy, PA where their extensive experience contributed to the firm’s singular reputation for real estate practice and title insurance law representing clients throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. Beisel & Dunlevy, P.A. was named the top small firm in the 2015 Super Lawyers Business Edition in the areas of construction, real estate, and environmental law.

Kylie Schaffran joins Best & Flanagan as an Associate in the Real Estate practice group. She leverages her experience in title examination to assist clients in resolving title issues and assure a successful real estate transaction. Kylie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison Law School.
