Best & Flanagan is pleased to share Kim Ruckdaschel-Haley’s recognition as a “Stand-Out Lawyer” by Thomson Reuters.
Each year, Thomson Reuters surveys more than 2,000 senior in-house counsel for its Sharplegal research. This global study asks participants to think about all of the legal service providers they have worked with in the last three years and to name the ones who have stood out. These client nominations are then compiled into the Stand-Out Lawyers database which is free from law firm influence and exclusively accessed by general counsel and other in-house counsel as a tool to search for peer-recommended lawyers.
As a “Stand-Out Lawyer,” Kim is recognized for her ability to improve client satisfaction, increase client advocacy, strengthen the firm’s brand, and enhance people engagement. She is an experienced litigator who regularly represents institutions and individuals in complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including trust and probate, securities, contract, fiduciary duty, corporate governance, and other disputes. Kim also provides advice in an effort to find efficient solutions short of the courtroom where doing so meets clients' goals.
