Best & Flanagan is pleased to announce the election of Craig Kepler and Kyle Hardwick as Partners, effective January 1, 2021.

He handles land use matters, Torrens matters, property tax appeals, and condemnation matters, and has experience helping developers raise investment money via private placement and TIC structures. Craig is also a passionate advocate for and seasoned advisor to Minnesota public charter schools. He draws on his broad experience to advise charters on facility matters, formation and governance, charter contract matters, and other business operations matters. Above all, he enjoys pulling from his wide-ranging practice to craft unique, efficient, and effective solutions driven by each client’s end goals.
Kyle Hardwick is a construction and energy law attorney. From nuclear power plants to windfarms, hospitals to roads and dams, Kyle has solved problems for a wide range of parties, including private and public owners, contractors, subcontractors, and nonprofit organizations. He regularly drafts and negotiates construction, design, supply chain and procurement contracts, and has successfully handled numerous arbitrations and mediations. Kyle also litigates construction, real estate, and commercial cases in state and federal courts. He enjoys each opportunity to dig into a case and provide results that clients deserve.
