Craig Kepler to Present COVID-19 Symposium for Charter School Board Members and Leaders
Craig Kepler will be presenting “Charter School Board and Leader Training,” a symposium for charter school board members and leaders regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Open Meeting Law requirements and conducting school board elections. Hosted by NEST, an organization that assists charter schools in sourcing ancillary services, this webinar will discuss the “pandemic exception” for board meetings and offer guidance and recommendations for general meetings, special meetings, emergency meetings, and board elections.
A passionate advocate for and seasoned advisor to Minnesota public charter schools, Craig draws on his broad experience to advise charters on facility matters, formation and governance, charter contract matters, and other business operations matters. He has been the creator of numerous innovative structures for the acquisition, financing, and operation of Minnesota public charter school facilities. Craig specializes as a real estate attorney with a great depth of experience in almost all phases of commercial real estate acquisition, development, leasing, and financing.
