Best & Flanagan moving to remote operations beginning Monday, March 16, 2020

With Minnesota schools closing this week and given the updates and recommendations we have received from government and other sources, Best & Flanagan has implemented a remote work plan beginning today, March 16.  We hope we will be able to re-open our physical office and resume normal operations by Monday, March 30.

All attorneys, paralegals and staff will be working remotely for the time being.  Attorneys will be accessible at their regular work numbers and/or mobile phones.  We will all be closely watching our email inboxes and incoming voicemails and will respond as quickly as we can to all messages.  Your attorneys will communicate directly with you about planned meetings and ongoing projects, transactions and cases.  It is our intention to have all of our work move forward as if we were working in our office, without significant interruption or inconvenience to our clients.

We are committed to putting our clients first as we face this unprecedented challenge and uncertainty.  We’re grateful to all of you for your patience and understanding in the coming days.
