Last week, Best & Flanagan sponsored Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal’s seventh annual Bizwomen Mentoring Monday event. Nearly 250 professional women from diverse industries and sectors across the Twin Cities came to make connections and learn from one another during group and one-on-one sessions. Best & Flanagan’s Managing Partner, Sarah Crippen, participated as a mentor and shared her professional experience and path to leadership with groups of mentees navigating changes and looking to make their next move.

This event was one of 43 simultaneously held by Business Journals all over the country involving about 8,600 women mentored by another 1,700 women mentors who are the most influential women in their respective business communities.
