In addition to general corporate, contract and transactional matters, Dave’s practice centers on intellectual property development and protection (trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and unfair competition), technology licensing and other transfers, nondisclosure and other employee agreements, and product distribution law (advertising and unfair competition, dealer, distributor and sales representative matters, franchising, and trade regulation law). Dave has significant experience in traditional wholesale, retail and online sales channels over a variety of product and service providers, and has written a series of guidebooks on basic intellectual property, advertising/marketing and franchise law topics, which are available on request.
