Brian Linnerooth is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Employment Law practice groups, representing clients in a broad range of complex civil litigation matters. He works closely with business owners and management teams to navigate high-stakes disputes, protect ongoing operations, and make sound strategic decisions when litigation threatens financial stability and reputational interests.
Brian’s approach is informed by growing up as the son of small business owners, giving him a firsthand understanding of the real-world pressures litigation can impose, whether it be cash-flow concerns, operational disruption, and the need for clear, decisive counsel. He brings that perspective to every matter, combining disciplined advocacy with practical, business-minded problem-solving focused on achieving client objectives.
Brian represents clients in complex business disputes at both the trial and appellate levels and across a range of industries. In each case, he develops targeted litigation strategies designed to manage risk, create leverage, and position clients for efficient and favorable outcomes. He places a premium on clear, timely communication, ensuring clients understand their options and remain confident at every stage of the litigation process.
By understanding how disputes affect businesses from the inside, Brian helps clients resolve conflicts effectively and reduce exposure to future litigation.
