Derek is an Associate in Best & Flanagan’s Business & Corporate Law practice group. Using his background in economics, Derek assists business clients in various entity governance, transactional, and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Best & Flanagan, Derek worked for a real estate and estate planning law firm in New York, and concentrated in Business Law at the University of Minnesota Law School.
