Benjamin Noeldner is an attorney at Best & Flanagan whose practice focuses on construction law, representing project owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in disputes on both private and public projects.
Before joining the firm, Ben clerked for Judge Sarah I. Wheelock at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, an experience that shaped how he reads arguments, anticipates issues, and thinks about how decisions hold up on appeal. He also clerked with the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office during law school, where he gained early exposure to courtroom and motion-hearing work. Ben has carried this foundation into practice.
Ben is proud to have grown up in the small town of New London, Minnesota, and brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to the challenges business owners face every day.
