Kathryn Geisinger joins our Business & Corporate Law practice group with substantial experience in guiding clients through complex transactions. She regularly advises companies and investors at critical inflection points, from growth-stage financings and acquisitions to operational risk management and strategic exits. Her approach is practical and client-centric, focusing on understanding the unique needs of each matter and delivering customized and pragmatic solutions.
Karl Morton Badger enhances our Litigation practice group with his distinguished academic background and practical experience. Karl offers a sharp legal mind and valuable insights from his time working with the Minnesota House of Representatives, and he is committed to understanding and navigating the complexities of each case.
