Olivia Asta is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law and Private Wealth Planning practice groups. She uses her accounting background to assist clients in a variety of transactional and governance matters. Olivia is a graduate of the University St. Thomas School of Law.
Derek Bleakley uses his background in economics to support our Business & Corporate Law practice group. He assists business clients in various entity governance, transactional, and compliance matters. Prior to joining Best & Flanagan, Derek worked for a real estate and estate planning law firm in New York, and concentrated in Business Law at the University of Minnesota Law School.
Elizabeth Cox is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. Elizabeth focuses her practice on construction and business litigation, as well as representing clients in contract disputes. She is a graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law.
