Outside of the office, I enjoy watching reality television, particularly the “Real Housewives” franchise, participating in local trivia nights around Minneapolis, listening to podcasts, attending stand-up comedy shows, and visiting art museums – my favorite being the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
My goal is to give practical advice about the impact of wealth on future generations and to create tailored and personalized solutions for each client in all aspects of estate planning and administration.
Spencer Riegelman is an associate attorney in the Private Wealth Planning group. He focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianship and conservatorship matters, and trust and estate litigation. Spencer’s approach to his practice is to optimize wealth management solutions and act as a trusted advisor to meet the goals and objectives of his clients. He also draws on his prior probate court clerkship experience to effectively administer trusts and estates and to serve as a trusted advocate for his clients when interests diverge.
Prior to joining Best & Flanagan, Spencer served as a judicial law clerk for the presiding judge of Hennepin County Probate Court and a law clerk for the Legislation Committee of the Probate & Trust Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
