Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially when it involves the great outdoors, a concert, or exploring new restaurants! She enjoys pottery, and is working towards being able to throw bigger pottery pieces.
Emily Knowlan is a member of the firm’s Family Law practice group. Emily is dedicated to understanding clients’ goals and needs, and working alongside clients towards resolving their matter.
Emily has worked exclusively in the area of family law. Prior to joining Best & Flanagan, Emily clerked for Referee Rebecca A. Chaffee in Hennepin County Family Court Division. She gained valuable insight into the court’s decision-making in family law matters. Emily has also worked as a domestic violence legal advocate and has extensive experience working with individuals navigating a challenging time in their lives.
