Best & Flanagan serves as general counsel for landmark Silicon Border's $3.5 billion technology project with Q-Cells

MINNEAPOLIS - June 11, 2008 - The Silicon Border Science Park, located in Mexicali, Mexico, has been chosen by German based Q-Cells for its next expansion.  Q-Cells is the world's largest solar cell manufacturer and represents Mexico's single largest investment. Minnesota-based Best & Flanagan LLP, just named a "2008 Best of the Best Midwest Real Estate Law Firms" by Midwest Real Estate News, serves as general counsel for Silicon Border, a privately held developer of industrial parks catering to high-technology industry.
